　　Job Description

　　Responsible for achieving production plans, material management, process management, quality, and equipment maintenance and management in the entire production workshop;

　　Respond promptly to any abnormalities in the production workshop, track any issues promptly, and provide reasonable solutions;

　　Organize and coordinate employees to ensure product quality, reduce production costs, improve work efficiency, and ensure the smooth progress of production plans;

　　Provide overall supervision over the allocation of production tasks, material tracking, production progress, and product quality for each production line, ensuring the completion of daily output;

　　Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors, etc.

　　Requirement:

　　College degree or above in chemical engineering and related fields;

　　Have 6 years or more of work experience in chemical plants, including 3 years or more of production management experience with more than 20 people;

　　Has good organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
