3RD SHIFT SHIPPING SECURITY COORDINATOR
(Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
HOURS:
3 RD Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. – (12 Hours Shift- 3 Days a Week)Monday, Tuesday Wednesday.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Work in the Order Management System/Shop Floor
Work with the Plant Shipping/Shag Service/Traffic
Work with the Traffic Department to coordinate shipping date, times, and locations
Enter Available and Outbound times into Shop Floor
Maintain Outbound Logs
Weigh and maintain logs for inbound and outbound trucks
Assist with Security, as needed
May work as needed as back up for Load Planners
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required
Excellent computer skills required
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Excellent People Skills
Great work ethic
Ability to work in a high stress environment
Great communication skills – written and verbal
Self-motivated
Team player
Good attendance record
Working Conditions: Security Guard Shack, hot and cold conditions
