　　**[EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE [(Needed/desired for this Position)[1+ years experience with Machine operations (to include manual machines, CNC machines and various other machines). This can include other combustible machines- farm equipment, automobiles, trucks, etc.[Communication skills; Ability to communicate with peers, superiors, and management -both written and verbally.[Self Motivated and have the ability to be cross trained for all areas of production.[Ability to fluctuate schedule as deemed necessary by management or as the work load requires.[Willingness to obtain knowledge of product and process.[Ability to follow directives as set forth by leadership.[Good hand/eye coordination, ability to pay close attention to detail, and be a team player.[High School Diploma or GED Preferred or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
