　　Job Description

　　As a bicycle assembler, you will be responsible for efficiently and proficiently completing the assembly of assigned bicycles to meet our exacting standards. This job is all about building quality and efficiency; getting bikes flawlessly assembled, tuned, and adjusted. We are looking for skilled technicians who have experience assembling bicycles. Basic technical aptitude and work efficiency with experience assembling and troubleshooting entry-level to mid-priced bicycle models. Experience with E-bike software and advanced drivetrain and drive systems is a plus. This role requires excellent communication, a willingness to grow and learn, along with bringing positive energy to problem solving in a team environment.

　　What you’ll bring to the team

　　1-4 years of experience assembling both entry-level cruisers and kids bikes; all the way to high-end mountain bikes, road bikes, E-Bikes, and Speed Concepts.

　　Self-motivation, a positive, team-focused mentality, plus a willingness to pitch in on any task

　　Fantastic hospitality—a warm, approachable manner, great listening skills, and a drive to help in any way you can—even on the toughest, busiest days

　　Impressive attention to detail and a love for tinkering ‘til you figure it out

　　A desire to continually learn proper service methods and new technologies.

　　Areas of work:

　　Bike unboxing and packaging removal

　　Basic bicycle assembly and part installation

　　Drivetrain and brake system tuning

　　Additional, related duties as assigned.

　　3rd party service sites

　　Office suite: Teams, Sharepoint, Excel, Word, etc.

　　Compensation:

　　$19 - $28 per hour depending on experience level

　　Schedule:

　　Monday - Friday based on business needs, some weekends as needed
