2 ND SHIFT KILL GENERAL FOREMAN

　　HOURS:

　　Shift - flexible as needed or requiredDUTIES:

　　Supervise, evaluate and direct production employees on shift in performing operations according to policies and procedures

　　Regular contact with USDA

　　Stimulate maximize safety, efficiency, quality and productivity of production employees

　　Ensure proper training of employees

　　Monitor and confirm that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient production

　　Work closely with other production supervisors and management to promote efficiency and teamwork in the department

　　Attend meetings as scheduled and called

　　Perform other duties as needed or assigned

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Must have overall knowledge of the Harvest Floor Operation and the industry

　　Supervise, evaluate, and direct personnel on shift in performing operations according to sound operating principles an company policies and procedures

　　Stimulate maximum safety, efficiency, and productivity of production workers; ensure proper training of employees

　　Arrange to have appropriate production records prepared and maintained

　　Good work history and attendance

　　Team Player with leadership skills and great communication skills

　　Attend meetings as scheduled or called.
