About HR Business Partner (Apprenticeship)

  We are a multinational group with more than 27,000 employees in 20 countries and 4 plants in Italy, working on Research and Development, Production, Sales and Service.

  We are looking for an HR Business Partner (Apprenticeship) to join our local HR Team.

  The opportunity is available at the Treviso site (San Biagio di Callalta).

  Key Responsibilities

  Hiring. Prepare hiring documents and notifications / communication to employees and support functions; onboarding documents.

  Communication . Prepare documents and communication to Employees (EEs) like individual assignment, condition changes, company car assignment, declarations, smart working agreements, invitation letters and mobility requirements, etc..

  Payroll management. Taking care of ordinary payroll cycle management through the consolidation of HR variables: hirings, termination,bonus, seniority award, temporary workers, salary changes, notice period payment, relocation tax, LDL, etc.).

  Benefit. Activation of Health coverage and Life and Accident insurances. Welfare. New employees’ enrollment.

  Implementation of HR Programs/ Policies/ Processes: i.e Reward Programs

  HR support general. Organization of All hands meeting, send invitation, review and format PPTs, run analisys, run reports, archive)

  Requirements:

  University Bachelor's or Master's Degree, combined with a post graduation Master in HR Management or similar.

  Meet the requirements to be an apprentice.

  Fluent English written and spoken.

  Functional Knowledge

  Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within HR discipline.Problem Solving

  Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgmentsInterpersonal Skills

  Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understandingQualifications
