　　What you can expect in this role

　　As a Spectrum Intern, you'll be essential to two teams - your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 29, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.

　　Internship responsibilities may include:

　　This role will support the frontend team in meeting their data needs. Typically, this looks like:

　　- Codifying business requirements into technical tagging requirements

　　- Performing ad-hoc data pulls using both proprietary and public technologies

　　- Supporting data strategy for experimentation

　　- Triaging issues associated with data on the platforms

　　- Providing training on data and our internal data solution to stakeholders

　　- Defining and tracking new metrics to help gauge app health and user experience

　　Required qualifications

　　Must be enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor's degree between December 2024 - May 2025Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current programAbility to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the programAuthorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for Charter Sponsorship

　　Preferred qualifications

　　Ability to work in a team environmentOral and written skillsOrganizational skillsProblem solving abilitiesProficient in Software including Adobe, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft WordInterns should have a good understanding of common ways to describe data sets (mean, median, mode, skews, etc.), an understanding of how to tell stories with data and a rough understanding of the software development lifecycle. No specific programming languages or visualization tool experience is required but experience with SOME language or visualization tool is preferred.

　　The pay for this position has a salary range of $22.00 to $25.20. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
