　　Randstad has an entry level opportunity in the Mascot area for a Production Associate. This is a 1st shift that starts at 8am-4.30pm M-F and during peak season will be required to work at least 3 Saturdays a month. Pay starts out at $16.00/hr and once hired on you will receive a pay increase. This is a temp to perm position and opportunity to be hired on. 　　Responsibilities

　　Working in one of three areas of production based upon business needs.

　　Cutting area- cutting excess flashing from blow mold product being produced

　　Assembly- using small battery operated handtools to accessories and/or decals to product

　　Packing- packing product in boxes to be shipped

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time

　　working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

　　working weekends
