　　Spurwink Services is searching for exceptionally kind Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to assist residents at our 12-bed, home-like nursing facility in Lewiston. As a CNA you will help support adults with intellectual disabilities in a small facility with a supportive management team. The resident-to-staff ratio is 3:1!

　　CNAs at Spurwink deliver the most high-quality care to our residents. Daily tasks include reporting changes in residents' physical and behavioral conditions, assisting with personal care and transportation as needed, participating in community recreational activities - and more. Earn $20-$22 hour depending on experience. There are additional $3 per hour differentials for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts! For example, you can make up to $26 hour as a starting wage if you work a 2nd or 3rd shift over the weekend!!

　　This position also includes a $1500 sign-on bonus, $750 paid upon 3 months of full-time employment, $750 paid after 6 months of employment. This sign-on bonus applies to new hires.

　　DUTIES:

　　Provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities in agency homes, including medication administration, assisting with activities of daily living and personal care, community integration, and providing positive behavioral supports.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Active C.N.A. and current on the Maine State Registry.

　　High School Diploma or GED.

　　Valid Driver's License.
