WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking a strong candidate to join BCG's Transactions & Integrations practice team in Munich. You will have the chance to work closely with our analysts and experts on a day-to-day basis and you will get the chance to take responsibility for driving your own ideas.
You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Supporting our business development efforts and internal projects
Monitoring European-wide deal activity to keep us in the know on deal opportunities
Performing research tasks - from financial and deal databases to company research
Supporting our analyst team with financial analysis and financial modelling tasks
Organizational tasks: Supporting the team in organizing events and meetings, etc.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies with high academic achievements (business administration, financial mathematics, economics, or similar)
Interest in corporate finance, M&A, post-merger integration and strategy topics
Preferably first relevant experience in corporate finance, M&A, private equity or similar
Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities; first experience with financial and/or deal databases is a plus
Creative, yet structured problem solver and autonomous self-starter with strong analytical skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple tasks in parallel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
