As a Field Service Engineer, you will help advance business through helping expand our Aftermarket Services on complicated systems.
We are looking for a team member who is self-motivated, detail oriented, and is customer focused.
You will work on solving increasingly complex problems and be mentored under the development of senior Field Service Engineers.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Provide solutions to increasingly complex system problems and lead others on how to resolve problems.
• Perform system maintenance on field controllers, servers and workstations and field hardware.
• Communicate issues and recommend system enhancements, upgrades, and/or repairs.
• Review and provide feedback of equipment to include scheduling and/or modifications needed.
• Implement time management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate and document the status and details of the project with the customer.
Must Haves:
1.) Bachelor's of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or relevant years of experience
2.) 2+ years of experience with HVAC, Building Automation, Electrical components, or control systems (open to recent grads)
3.) HVAC certification or M4 Certification or Electrical certification
Nice to Haves:
1.) Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings
2.) TCP/ IP knowledge
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
