　　About the role

　　As a Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for a range of activities including:

　　Working closely with the client to understand business requirements and designing, building, configuring and testing the Workday solution to meet these requirementsPlaying an active role in your area of expertise, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, collaborating to improve internal capability, including training and mentoring of new team membersEstablishing and maintaining strong and constructive client relationshipsUnderstanding and applying Workday and Alight methodologiesContributing to high client satisfaction through a high standard of client serviceWorking across multiple concurrent projectsKeeping up to date with latest HCM thinking, tools and techniques in your area of expertise and drawing upon this knowledge to ensure delivery of outstanding results.

　　About you

　　To be considered for this role you will have:

　　Experience of deploying Workday or other SaaS software solutionsKnowledge and experience of translating business requirements into system requirementsExperience working in a functional HCM role would be preferredConsultancy experience would be beneficialExisting Workday certification will be highly regardedAdvanced analytical & technical skills evidenced by experience playing a role in projects or in a business as usual roleExcellent oral and written communications skillsGood presentation and facilitation skillsExperience of confidently managing stakeholdersA team-oriented approach, with a primary focus on "we", not "me"Self-awareness, with the ability to recognize personal skills, abilities, limitations and strengthsA natural tendency towards personal accountability and acting with integrityA demonstrated bias for actionAble to self-manage confidently, with good personal productivity and self-motivationRelevant Workday certification, if not already held, must be attained and maintained to perform this role.
