About Workday Finance Readiness Director

  ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Finance Readiness Director for a pivotal role in our Workday ERP Transformation project at Seattle Children's Healthcare System. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring organizational readiness from a financial perspective, seamless integration and optimization of the Workday ERP within our finance department.RequirementsRequired Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Proven track record of successful implementation of Workday ERP in a non-profit healthcare setting, preferably at a pediatric hospital and research institute.Extensive experience in finance operations and ERP systems.Strong understanding of pediatric hospital financial workflows and business processes.Exceptional leadership and project management skills.Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and ERP implementation.Required Credentials:N/APreferred:Workday certification is highly desirable.Min to Max Hourly Salary$59.18 - $88.77 /hrMin to Max Annual Salary$123,094.40 - $184,641.60 /yrSalary InformationThis compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year).
