  What to expect?

  Apply your expertise on HR processes in the analysis, design, and end to end delivery as a trusted consultant in our clients’ HR Cloud Implementations

  Consult our clients comprehensively on the respective Workday Modules and apply business requirements to system solutions

  Prepare and conduct pitches, lead client workshops and presentations

  Support the RFP/Sales process

  Own your area of expertise on a project and deliver it End-to-End

  Lead and share your knowledge with junior colleagues to help them grow

  In short: your invaluable support will lead companies into the digital age

  Qualifications

  Experience working on an end-to-end Workday HCM implementation

  Project experience in consulting, HR Cloud Transformation/Digitalization or in the Human Resources Area

  Knowledge of configuring 1 or more of the Workday HCM Modules

  Understanding of HR processes

  Fluent in German and English

  Completed studies e.g., in Digital Business Management, IT-Management, Business informatics or similar

  Team player with a hands-on-mentality and deep understanding of the value of digital HR-Transformation

  Das erwartet dich:

  Von der Analyse und Konzeption bis zur vollständigen Integration und dem Go-Live von HR-Prozessen macht dir niemand etwas vor. Du berätst unsere Kunden kompetent und implementierst clevere HR-Cloud-Lösungen

  Du berätst unsere Kunden umfassend zu den jeweiligen Workday Modulen, nimmst die spezifischen Kundenanforderungen auf und gehst auf diese ein

  Pitches bereitest du sorgfältig vor. Außerdem leitest du anschauliche Workshops und informative Präsentationen beim Kunden

  Du unterstütz den RPF/Sales Prozess

  Auf dem Projekt bist du für dein jeweiligen Bereich von Anfang bis Ende verantwortlich

  Mit deinem Wissen leitest du Kolleg:innen und hilfst ihnen, sich weiter zu entwickeln

  Kurzum: Mit deiner wertvollen Unterstützung führst du Unternehmen ins digitale Zeitalter und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Einführung von cloudbasierten HR-IT-Systemen

  Darauf freuen wir uns:

  Erfahrung in End-to End Workday Implementierungen

  Projekterfahrung im Consulting, HR-Transformation/Digitalisierung oder im Human Resources Bereich

  Erfahrung in der Konfiguration von mindestens einem Workday Modul

  Verständnis von HR-Prozessen

  Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Digital Business Management, IT-Management, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder in einer ähnlichen Disziplin

  Teamplayer:in mit Hands-on-Mentalität und tiefem Verständnis für die Bedeutung der digitalen HR-Transformation
