　　Job Summary

　　The HR Technology team at HCSC provides consultation on Workday business processes and best practices to CoEs, HR Business Partners, and Service Center teams with a focus on the employee and manager experiences. We play an essential role in leveraging best in class technologies to drive HR's strategic initiatives. This Lead role will be responsible for functional product areas and HR application systems, driving implementation solutions, and building strong relationships across the organization to prioritize and implement solutions within the Workday ecosystem.

　　NOTE: This is a WFH role. Must be located within 250 miles of CHICAGO IL, Helena, MT, Tulsa, OK, ALBUQUERQUE, NM or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.

　　Required Job Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree +7 years' experience in HR, IT or Cloud Based Solutions OR Associate's degree +9 years' experience in HR, IT, or Cloud Based Solutions OR 11 years' experience in HR, IT, or Cloud Based SolutionsWorking knowledge of compensation including but not limited to: employee compensation plans, packages, pay ranges, bonus, merit, relevant policies and regulations, and resolving compensation-related issues.Project Management experience on highly complex projectsStrong prioritization, coordination, and delegation skillsCustomer ConsultingNegotiation skillsLead customer teams independentlyMinimal oversight from management
