Our team manages web content as well as other properties that are focused on engaging consumers online throughout the customer life

cycle. It is an entrepreneurial, fast growing team with high impact and significant exposure across the organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Collaborate across the design and sales teams to ensure web content is updated accurately with engaging content

Follow best practices when make customer facing updates

Use and understand page templates and coinciding components

Accurately update internal ticketing system to ensure accurate reporting on requests

Participate in required QA of websites

Participate in weekly meetings with development team to stay up to date on new web components and functionalities

Provide feedback on tools and processes to optimize team and workflow

This person will work to update the CMS based on instructions provided through JIRA tickets. The right candidate will be required to adhere to content style guides and meet SLAs established for publishing, as well as troubleshooting to identify any tool issues encountered.

Minimum Qualifications:

1-3 years of prior professional experience in a similar or related role

Should have experience with Sitecore CMS

Minimal PhotoShop experience is a plus
