JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Overview The primary responsibility ofthe Wealth RPS Account Manager is to provide comprehensive support tothe Wealth RPS Relationship Managers and their Manager along with RPSClients and their participants in the day to day service activities ofaccount relationships. Effectively, the Account Manager position is an\"in-house relationship manager\" quarterbacking client responses in theabsence of and at the direction of the RPS Relationship Manager. Theposition is also responsible for delivering a high degree of businessprofessionalism as a client-facing day to day contact for RPS clientsand participants; responding to routine and complex business, plan, andservice questions. Additionally, the position also supports the needs ofthe business in managing daily tasks and workflow, proactively managingannual plan administration activities, assisting with sales and businessdevelopment activities, and assigned projects under the direction of theWealth RPS Relationship Managers and the Wealth RPS Service Manager. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES Position Specific Responsibilities Core businessunderstanding of Wealth RPS business and services to proactively supportthe Wealth RPS Relationship Managers, clients and their participantsthroughout the processes of client conversion, maintenance, andcommunication. Understanding and ability to articulate full scope of JFGproducts and services. Independently handles a wide variety ofsituations and assignments that are non-routine, under limitedsupervision. Serves as a day to day contact and consultant to RPSclients and participants (as a secondary point of contact beyond thecall center) on plan matters and questions. Researches and assists inresolving client inquiries and issues through to resolution involvingplan document provisions, impact of regulatory requirements on planoperations; displays initiative to problem solve and escalate whenappropriate, ability to work independently. Prepares and composes salespresentations, client fiduciary and service reviews, and participantcommunication materials under the direction of their manager and WealthRPS Relationship Managers. Manages annual and ad hoc plan administrationworkflows (annual census and testing cycle, Form 5500 filing, externalaudit support, fund changes, plan amendments, Notice requirements, etc.)Creates and maintains plan documents and participant forms ensuringconformity with plan features and investment offerings.
