  Job Summary

   Position: VP, Global Account Management, Reliability

   Summary:

  The "Vice President, Sales & Global Account Management" will be (remote), reporting to Pat Ring, SVP & GM of Global Services and Solutions at Flex.

  The goal of the Sales & Global Account Management role is to develop strategic plans to ensure that their specific segment delivers benefits and capabilities that the organization can utilize to sustain, enhance and deliver year-over-year growth, maintain or improve accretive margins and organizational goals.

   Responsibilities:

   Strategy Recognize account strategy and how it contributes to larger portfolio with particular focus on Industrial, Health Solutions and Automotive Identify opportunities to capture market share growth in line with organizational goals. Sell value over price. Set vision, strategy and direction for organization. Develop and execute 3-year planning process and dedication. Know what business we want, and what we don't want. Deep knowledge in a Services environment with particular focus on Value Add Fulfillment & Circular Economy while possessing strong acumen of Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Business. Grow Revenue Year-over-year and Profit faster than the market. Quote Winning Comprehension of inner workings of P&L and Balance Sheet and how to pull multiple levers to bring value to Customers. Clear comprehension of negotiation tactics and strategy. Sell verticals from Flex portfolio of products and services. Customer Business Influence with Customers. Navigate complex matrixed organizations. CxO engagement and influence. Clear comprehension of Customer goals and how Flex can deliver value. Say/Do ratio across Ops and Commercial. Knowledge of products and markets. Design resilient supply chains to increase customer contentious. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering or related discipline. Proven experience in a Services environment with particular experience in Value Added Fulfilment and Circular Economy Strong market knowledge and past experience especially in Industrial and Medical MBA is strongly preferred. Typically requires +10 years in sales/global account management. Typically requires at least 7 years of management or supervisory experience. Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses. Requires excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and networking abilities. Effective interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate and influence for positive outcomes. Business acumen and proven ability to improve/turnaround key financial results. Utilize tools to monitor departmental cost and cost trends, striving to continuously improve value. Ability to identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems (i.e. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks or elimination of non-value-added processes). Requires strong innovation skills and creativity. Ability to influence and hold others accountable. Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Must understand P&L. To be added: full adherence to the Flex culture; role model for Values and Ways of Working; ability to build diverse and inclusive teams. Pay Range (Applicable to US Remote). Due to this role being remote, the actual pay range will vary depending on the geographical location of the candidate
