　　SoundHound is looking for a Data Analyst to work in tandem with the revenue organization to guide performance, strategy, and aid in tactical decision-making for the company. The Data Analyst at SoundHound will uncover insights and turn them into educated recommendations, driving decisions for the organization. This role will be integral to revenue operations at SoundHound. The work location for this role is available throughout the United States. The workplace options for this role include Hybrid or Virtual.

　　In this role, you will:

　　Develop an in-depth understanding of the business through proactive data analysis and trend identification to support sales performance Assist in preparing strategic and tactical reports, dashboards, and presentations Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize data collection and reporting Contribute to projects supporting our revenue strategies for Restaurants Concisely present your findings to internal Stakeholders Play a crucial part in supporting the Restaurants sales organization We would love to hear from you if: 3+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or related role Experience in the restaurant tech industry Strong critical-thinking abilities with an analytical and data-driven approach for problem-solving Experience creating processes and solving problems at scale Ability to work independently and on your initiative Motivation to learn all along the way and improve continuously Excellent written and spoken communication The insight to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported way We’d be especially excited if you: Proficiency in one or more analytics & visualization tools (e.g. Chartio, Tableau, OCI Analytics) Experience working with funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, etc. Expertise in SQL queries, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g. hypothesis analysis, experimentation, regressions) Expect a forecasting case study to assess your presentation skills, ability to articulate and summarize data, and data management proficiency
