Training and Engagement Manager $72,000-80,000/Annually
The Opportunity
FCA has an exciting opportunity for a new Training and Engagement Manager. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and engagement within the organization.
The ideal Training and Engagement Manager will create a positive workplace culture, fostering employee development, and ensuring that employees are equipped with the skills needed to contribute effectively to FCA's success. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, effective communication, and ample knowledge of and passion for employee development and engagement.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the leadership executive teams to develop and implement training programs to address specific skill sets, compliance requirements, and/or performance improvements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Develop and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement, culture, and satisfaction.
• Manage events, activities, and/or surveys to gather employee feedback and measure engagement levels.
• Implement strategies to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of training and engagement programs.
• Monitor, measure and evaluate the impact of training on individual and team performance.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to gather feedback and make continuous improvements.
• Prepare and present reports on the impact of training initiatives to senior leadership.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, education, or a related human services field.
• Minimum of 4 years professional experience in human resources, adult learning, curriculum development, and training coordination within the fields of health and human services.
• Valid and clean New York State Driver's License

• The competitive compensation range is reflected with FCA's framework, culture, and values. Individual pay decisions will vary based on skills and experience' while still allowing for growth.
Additional Information
• Salary: $72,000 -$80,000
• Flexible Schedule: (M-F), hybrid, evening, and weekend hours, as needed.
• This role is full-time (35 hours/week), Exempt.
