What You Will Do
We have an excellent opportunity as a Co-Packing Customization Analyst in our Northern Europe Headquarters in High Wycombe. With responsibility for brands across the whole of the Northern Europe cluster, you will be critical in ensuring continuity of supply for a portfolio of SKU’s that require customizing to enable the business to deliver on commercial strategies.
The role will encompass working closely with our, 3 rd Party Warehouses and will work proactively with the Commercial Team’s and customer facing Supply Chain colleagues; Caring fiercely, to maximize on shelf availability and eliminate waste.
Key Responsibilities
Run and manage the weekly production planning process to ensure optimum planning of co-packed items for the Northern Europe Cluster within Inventory targets.
Maintain a weekly production planning log.
Manage the team at the relevant co-packer to ensure priorities are transparent and achieved.
Issue accurate work instructions for all jobs and ensure these specifications created and submitted into the quality management systems before any co-packing commences.
Action Master Data tasks in a timely manner to support code creation process.
Courageously solve any invoicing queries in SAP lynx and costing variances in SAP.
Plan, source and procure as required, packaging materials for some markets. Ensure these relationships are managed and maintained, looking for cost saving opportunities where possible.
Take the lead in managing customer specific initiatives with internal teams and co-packers to ensure on time implementation.
Lead monthly meetings with the co-packer and team to identify efficiency opportunities.
Work with the Demand Planning and Customer Services teams to ensure there is a correct demand signal and understanding of priorities.
Care fiercely to drive activities to reduce slow moving and obsolete items.
Deliver continuous improvement projects.
Manage any ad hoc remediations required.
Provide the co-packer with a forward forecast.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualification
University Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Supply Chain Certification (APICS/ IBF) desirable.
3-5 years related experience.
Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP/OMP) & Advanced Planning Systems.
Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, considering diverse perspectives and styles.
Ability to target their communications as appropriate for the audience.
Attention to detail, numerate and analytical.
Ability to make quick judgements around key priorities.
Is always customer focused.
