What's the role?

　　Responsibilities:

　　We are looking for skilled test engineering manager who wants to become part of CLM team and help us in building awesome user experience for all end-users & customers. Our team works closely with development squads and engineers inside the squads , Accounting & Finance, Sales & Customer Support Teams. Together with other developers & testers across the company we are building active Testing Community to share knowledge, experience and best practices as well as shape together our ways of working and practices in testing. In this role you will be responsible for building, leading and coordinating group of testers working with multiple product teams.

　　Managing team of professional testersProviding guidance and mentoring to the team members and taking care of their professional growthTesting our products and solutions from end-to-end perspective with strong focus on end-user experiencePlanning what to test and not to test using automation, what should be tested manually and what not at allDesigning, developing, executing and maintaining our test suites, test frameworks and testing infrastructureInvestigating various problems in our complex systems in close collaboration with development teamsCommunicating the feedback you gathered through testing patiently and effectively to the right persons in the organizationContinuously make our practices and results betterDeveloping your own skills and spread them to others, actively contributing and driving testing domain work

　　Who are you?

　　Bachelor/Master/PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar technical degree10+ years of experience in delivering software products or systems in various roles, experience in lead engineer/architect roles 7+ years in leading test engineering, having ability to identify possible bottlenecks in software quality3+ years in leadership roles in R&DExperienced in creating testing strategy, test plans and testing reports & dashboardsAbility to show skills in programming (background in software engineering and test automation)Ability to show skills in software testing (mobile & web products, experience in Location Based Services is a plus)Ability to show skills in leading others to solve complex problemsDesire to learnCrisp & clear communication skills in both writing & verbal situationWhat we offer:
