　　Prioritizes responsibilities and works with the scrum team to streamline, integrate, and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Agile Scrum software development processDemonstrates extensive practical hands-on experience to develop, automate and execute test cases as requiredReviews the Test Cases and the Test Plan with the Agile project team prior to execution of each sprintPrepares and delivers presentations to business and technology partners, senior management and executives, ensuring the appropriate approach is selected based on the audienceProvides technical expertise, direction, coaching to Engineers I/II/III to build their capabilityOversees processes related to translation of in business and technical requirements into test cases, test scenarios and scriptsEvaluates testability of business and technical requirements based on business/functional requirement document, use cases, user stories and/or solution design documentsOversees the implementation of structured system testing (manual and automated) strategies/methodologies for all assigned projects and governance around testing processesReviews test cases and assumes responsibility for the test case sign off processes with the stakeholders, and tests execution and reportingApproves and modifies structured project test plans for all components, and defines assumptions, risks and user acceptance criteriaDesigns & develops automation testing architecture, frameworks, scripts and requirement traceability matrixIdentifies, reproduces, and isolates bugs and thoroughly documents and drives them towards resolution by tracking progress and escalating as appropriate until resolution is reachedEstablishes processes & tools to maintain automation scripts and generates reports for faster bug tracking & reportingActs as the driving force for continuous improvement efforts and generating ideas for improving testing and quality assurance practicesEvaluates and recommends test automation tools and determines suitability with various development toolsProvides technical support and strategic recommendations in software testing and automation for all systems

　　EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Education:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.

　　Preferred Certifications:

　　Certified Associate in Software TestingCertified Software Quality AnalystCertified Test Engineer

　　WORK EXPERIENCE:

　　6+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in system/software quality and testing.
