Responsible for managing the ARG Pre-treatment section; according to production task programs, arranging on-site personnel work, promoting production safety precautions; inspect preparations for production, ensuring fine product availabilities; supervise key production processes, ensuring 100% process first and final inspections, correct on-site operation problems, conduct planned maintenance, plan improvement and control tooling, improve production efficiency; break down production indicators issued by the company, develop phased targets according to each furnace actual production, analyze causes for unqualified shifts and production lines, develop improvement measures, track measure implementation. Responsible for supervising and controlling the work of other employees; supervise each post attendance and work, implementing work disciplines according to company management regulations; supervise and approve subordinates for summarizing weekly and monthly work performance, evaluating and praising each subordinate; promptly manage weekly and monthly key performance analysis, providing action programs, following up action program effects. Has authority to hire and fire; in case of workshop employee needs, the plant shall make proper review, proposing employee number and availability requirements to HR Department, participating in personnel interviews and selections; imposing verbal and written warnings to violators disobeying distribution and violating company disciplines, in case of employee severely violating regulations and disciplines, meeting company prescribed dismissal standards, suspending the employee according to regulations, and notifying HR Department to conduct investigation and dismissal. Has authority to make decisions on daily operations; adjusting tasks and personnel posts according to production problems; judging product quality according to production operation standards; warning operators for violation operations; determining production targets according to production beats; controlling production delivery according to unfinished product turnover cycles. Requires Associate's degree in business management or related field or foreign equivalent; 1 year of experience in bystronic cutting machine process, printing machine process, and kuka robot operation process; 1 year of experience with troubleshooting for on-site equipment failures; data analysis for automobile glass pretreatment on-site problems; and pretreatment quality process evaluation.
