RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Supports software design and development lifecycle for Ford Credit applications based on Ford standards and business requirementsWorks with project teams to analyze and translate desired business capabilities into solution concepts and models to deliver business value.Defines nonfunctional requirements and size the infrastructure requirementConducts development related research as directed by management to better understand architecture for a specific domain.Participates in technology proof of concepts and ensure alignment with all architecture disciplinesEvaluates and/or builds innovations and/or prototypes based on research.Prepares technical presentations and present to IT management / project teamsCollaborates with others to develop and maintain current and future state development standards, guidelines, blueprints and roadmaps.Engages w/ 3rd-party, external vendors to identify and agree on integrations that will support both data and functionality requirements for a seamless user experience

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field8+ years. At least 3 years experiences in Project and team managementSystem development lifecycle knowledge including design, developmentProfession in program language - java, Java script etc. Good understanding of RESTFUL APIFamiliar Mainframe, Linux and shell script writing skills etc.Familiar Oracle, DB2 and SQL language. Familiar Git or equivalent source control repositories and build tools like GRADLE, CICD pipelineProficient in spring boot framework, J2EE. Familiar Agile methodology with Rally/Jira tools.Effective to strong communications, negotiation, and related skillsStrong coding and configuration skills. Experience in stakeholder managementAbility to think innovatively to identify product improvements using data and or customer feedbackAbility to establish strong working relationshipsAbility to adapt communication style and approachAbility to provide IT expertise to deliver business strategies or recommend alternative solutionsWorking knowledge of IT and Finance policyPMP, Agile preferred
