Responsible for business process engineering techniques, develops technical solutions and management processes to achieve overall objectives by means of implementing systems or enterprise-wide solutions, using the company's or a third-party's hardware/software product. Develops and recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure. Participates in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities. Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization. In general, customers view this employee as a consultant. Performance is typically measured by delivery of agreed to solutions within budgeted hours.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Consult with customer on the accurate delivery of meter data, including data collection across AMI collection systems.Develop processes to ensure a high degree of meter data integrity through control and audit of processes and procedures used to capture, validate, and estimate data.Drives opportunities to leverage and continuously improve management, and technology systems to control risks, costs, optimize processes and ensure compliance, competitiveness, customer value and service.Understanding of the phases within the general project life cycles and project management methodologies and solutions.Strong written communication and presentation skills.Experience:Experience with AMI's, MDM systems, billing systems, or communications technology.Technology system aptitude and experience working with large technology systems.Understanding of AMI data collection, processing and billing processes and technology, meter to cash.Knowledge of meter data, collections, payments, and billing best practices.Experience in system performance, optimization, and monitoring controls.Demonstrated conflict and problem-solving skills (i.e. to resolve complex customer, process and technology related issues)Strong Communication and engagement skillsEducation:Bachelor's Degree in related field is highly preferred but would consider requisite, related experienceTravel10% - 25%Itron is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce and providing an authentic workplace experience for all employees.
