We are seeking a collaborative, growth-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent team. As an TA Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for our Southeast region. Additionally, you'll have a strong understanding of all functions of the Talent Acquisition team. This will be a hybrid role that will be split between remote work and visits to local store or office. Ideally successful candidate will be local to Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina or Virginia.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
Collaboration: Liaises between Recruiting, Payroll, Hiring Managers, and other departments as appropriate throughout the hiring process.
Compliance: Manages and coordinates with Hiring Managers and HR regarding ADA requests for reasonable accommodation during the hiring process. Manages the I-9 process to ensure compliance across the organization.
Hiring Manager and Candidate Experience: Primary resource for supporting questions relating to the hiring process from both a candidate and hiring manager perspective (e.g., ADP login, the status of job requisition, offer letter, and onboarding). Resolves questions and/or issues in a timely manner and provides excellent customer service via phone and online inquiries. Manages the talent acquisition shared email box for candidate and hiring manager inquiries
Requisition Management: Actively monitors and validates requisition requests, based on assigned locations, ensuring the appropriate approval path. Moves candidates appropriately through the hiring process within ADP RM to ensure that all new hires are effectively pushed to new hire status for onboarding, and candidates we do not hire are appropriately dispositioned and notified.
Offer Letter Generation: Generates offer letters based on information provided by the hiring manager.
Background Check Management: Reviews candidate background checks and finalizes onboarding validation when the process is completed. You will review background status, determine any background checks that need to be reviewed, and partner with HR Partners and Hiring Managers to executive the adjudication and adverse action process as applicable.
Reporting: Generates candidate and business-specific hiring reports utilizing Microsoft Excel.
Hiring Event Organization: Assist the recruiting team in organizing and executing hiring events up-to and including travel to locations for onsite administrative support. Will also be point person in managing swag supplies to arrive on time and be returned to corporate headquarters.
Indeed Sponsorship: You'll work with the business to escalate requests to sponsor postings through indeed, remove posts that are no longer needed, and communicate on posting performance.

HR Coordinator Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, HR Generalist, or related position.
Exposure to HR functional or operational areas.
Advanced competency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an HRIS system.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at one time
Manages time and priorities effectively
Understanding of recruiting tools and/or HR software solutions.
The pay range for this role is: $50,000 - $55,000 dependent on experience.
