We are recruiting a SVP of Clinical Operations to run this business.
About the Responsibilities
Oversee all clinical operational elements of our home healthcare businesses.
Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities.
Oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of the organization's clinical programs and services.
Manage Home Health Care activities to achieve key operational objectives, including operations and quality performance metrics.
Oversee quality and develop strategies to improve QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) and other home health measures.
Ensure clinical and operational regulatory compliance with State, Federal regulations and Joint Commission standards.
Foster an organizational culture that encourages and supports employee inclusion, participation, development and education.
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
Create policies that support the culture and vision of the organization.
Maintain a climate that attracts, keeps, and motivates a diverse staff of top-quality people.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, to achieve the goals of the organization.
Work to educate community groups and local political entities regarding organizational goals and needs.
Develop systems and reports to enhance clinical outcomes.
Work with clinical directors to ensure that care is delivered in a cost-effective, safe way.
Assist department heads/directors in directing work activities, establishing system control procedures, implementing agency-wide policies / administrative directives, and managing staff performance.
Who You Are
A people and team leader who has delivered results within home healthcare at the senior manager or executive level
Experienced at organizing and motivating others to adopt a continuous improvement culture to achieve enduring results
Skilled at analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights about key business performance
Highly motivated to take on challenging problems and grow an already rapidly growing organization
Excited to work in a mission-oriented organization whose mission goes beyond delivering great care and extends to how we cultivate a sense of ownership, purpose and wealth creation for all of our workers
Knowledgable about employee-ownership (Cooperatives, ESOPs) is not required but is a plus.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Business or Healthcare Administration required
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a senior leadership position in home health care
Thorough knowledge of home health service, clinical delivery and reimbursement patterns
Thorough knowledge of finance and budgeting
Excellent leadership, oral, written and presentation skills
10-20% travel to the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles Metropolitan Area required. Preference for candidates based in one of these areas.

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Obran’s total compensation package for employees/members. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Cooperative Membership, an open Paid Time Off policy
Salary Range:
$175,000 - $200,000 USD per year plus performance bonuses based on experience.
