  Your area of responsibility

  As a Support Account Manager , you support our customers as a proactive solution partner and control our internal processes.In addition, you are independently responsible for compliance with the framework conditions for operational processes within the operational phase.You will also take care of the contractual, planning and financial aspects of the service business with our customers.Monitoring the service performance in terms of budget, quality and duration, contrary to the agreed service level agreements and reviewing the service provision also falls within your area of responsibility.You will also independently plan, monitor and calculate resource capacity.

  Your profile

  A Support Account Manager needs to take the customer by the hand, needs to understand the technical setup on a conceptional level but does not need to be deeply into the technical processes.At least 3 years experienceYou will have an understanding of the technical and logistical basics as well as cloudIdeally you will have EDI and Java script knowledgeSuccessful technical/university degree in (business) informatics or comparable training with relevant professional experienceQuick comprehension, strong technical understandingConfident and competent appearance Very good English language skills with (at least) B2 level GermanCommunicative and structured mannerHands-on mentality and quick comprehensionIdeally you will be based in or around Frankenthal or remote in Germany - 1 -2 days a month travel
