Job Overview
As part of the Clinical Resource (CR) Team, the Staffing Coordinatorsupports day-to-day clinical staffing, through management of our schedulingtool. Staffing Coordinator collects and considers unit-based staffinginformation, in collaboration with the House Supervisor, makes staffingdecisions to allocate and balance resources. Department Name: Clinical Resource TeamJob Status:Part-time, 24 hours per weekShift: Night 18:45pm to 07:15am, Primarily weekend nights preferred,Friday and Saturday's (i.e. 2 weekends on, 1 off, or every weekendbesides PTO requests). Holiday rotations amongst night shift team.
Qualifications
General Work Experience: Strong organization, coordination and customerservice skills required.EDUCATION - High school diploma or equivalentEXPERIENCE - Previous staffing and medical office or hospital backgroundpreferred. Kronos experience preferred. Functional knowledge of Windowsoperating environment including but not limited to Word and Excel programsrequired. Some experience with databases helpful. Excellent written and verbalcommunication. Ability to prioritize effectively, work independently and asa team member.

Prepare, distributes,and communicates reports as needed.Maintain dec sion making within identified scope and escalate concernsappropriately.Serves as a conduit between key stakeholders by compiling unit-based staffinginformation and communicating staffing allocation decisions.Responsible for clear and effective communication to departments.Able to handle phone calls with professional phone etiquette.Contributes to workflow improvement.Participates in departmental committees and projects as assigned.Assists in training and orienting team members to department as needed. Mayinclude editing and compiling of training documentation.
