Job Description

　　BAE Systems, Inc. Air and Space Force Solutions, located at Hill AFB, UT, is looking to hire a Sr. Security Specialist in support of the ICBM Directorates.This position will work under the direction of the BAE Security Manager and assist in the daily security operations of the programs in support of ISC. 　　Responsibilities include:Safeguarding classified material activities, such as, access control, identification of classified material, assigning Document Control Numbers (DCNs) and Electronic File Transfers (EFTs), proper handling of classified material, proper document marking IAW classified marking guidesBriefing employees on security guidelines, and investigating and reporting security incidents

　　Required Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Must currently possess a Secret clearanceSecure environment experience Experience with Special Access Program (SAP) policies and procedures and ICD-705 construction specsExtensive knowledge of DoDM 5200 series to include 5205.07 vol. 1-4Working knowledge of security applications such as SIMS, DISS and JADEExperience working with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Facilities (SCIF)

　　Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

　　7 years directly related experience3 years of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadershipExperience working with Air Force personnel and security managers in all disciplines. Prior industrial security experienceFundamental experience with computer office applications and email communications

　　Pay Information

　　Full-Time Salary Range: $62550 - $106380

　　Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
