Department OverviewPelco's Regional Sales Managers play a pivotal role in helping bring some of the most advanced video security solutions to the market. For the last 95 years, Motorola Solutions has been making the world a safer place through constant innovation, and the Pelco portfolio takes it a step further by designing and delivering a broad range of high-quality, IP video security solutions, products, and systems that make our communities safer. What you'll do:
Drive territory engagement from tradeshows, product demos/trainings, to lunch & learnsSomebody that enjoys a team environmentPartner with distributors, integrators, and end users & specifiers to drive sales in the territoryBe a problem solver for partners (helping with quotes, proposals)Work cross functionally with other departmentsWeekly and quarterly reporting around pipelines, partner pipelines and forecastingMaintain best practices while working inside the CRM (Salesforce)Travel extensively throughout the territory and occasional travel within North America (as needed)
What we are looking for:
Hunter mentality: someone who is not afraid to get out and about and work the territory hard.4+ years of Video Security channel field sales experience including integrator and distribution salesComfortable traveling within territory dailyComes with strong territory knowledge and existing relationships.Weekly activity reports and quoting trackingConfident in presenting/demonstrating technical productsWorking knowledge of CRMTrack record of exceeding quota expectationsAble to lift objects up to 50 lbs. and basic mechanical assembly skills for equipment demosAbility to reliably travel at short notice within territoryBasic Requirements4+ Years of experience working in Video Security/Access control field salesTravel Requirements50-75%Relocation ProvidedNonePosition TypeExperiencedReferral Payment PlanYes
