  Key job responsibilities

  As a Sr. Product Manager-Tech on the team, you will own the development of the product strategy and vision for our products. You will work with the business leaders and executives across Amazon to define and prioritize the product roadmaps and trade-offs impacting customer experience, operational excellence and tech debt. You will manage delivery of core product capabilities with future product planning in alignment with the business. You will also identify and implement feedback loops between internal business stakeholders and technical teams to stay nimble and co-create. You are data-driven in your approach, and are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive deep into the details when needed.

  The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience, and has a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering new features and products. They enjoy working in a collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced environment and are comfortable interacting with others, in both technical and non-technical roles (Engineering, Frontend Developers, Business Partners, Customers and Executive leadership). Qualified candidates have experience defining products, mapping requirements to engineering functional specifications, leading large cross functional and cross organizational efforts, and successfully delivering complex products and services at high scale.

  About the team

  You will be joining the PXF Corp Content team within PXF Org. Our team is working on building a Content Management system (COREx) that empowers our customers to efficiently manage, organize and distribute their content globally. With COREx, we will provide a centralised content store that meets the needs of multiple content teams, with quick and easy self-service onboarding.

  We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

  Bellevue, WA, USA

  Basic Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree

  7+ years of technical product or program management experience

  3+ years of experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  3+ years experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  3+ years experience managing technical products or online services

  3+ years experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time

  Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
