  Key job responsibilities

  We are looking for a Senior product leader to lead a suite of ad products for Amazon India. You will join a fast-paced team, lead a lean team of Product managers and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that create needle moving impact for IN Advertisement business. You will have a dedicated engineering and ML team and will work with our advertisers, marketing and sales/BD teams. You will manage the complete business of your product area end to end.

  The key responsibilities of this role include:

  Identify growth opportunities for the business and develop product ideas to capitalize on these opportunities

  Manage all projects, including organizing and planning, estimating, managing resources, tracking and controlling projects, managing risk & opportunity, managing quality, advertiser feedback, communicating & documenting, and change management.

  Lead a lean team of product managers and be responsible for their growth

  Partner with engineering teams to build the products

  Communicate effectively the product and business vision to senior leadership and team

  Responsible for adoption and business metrics (e.g. revenue).

  We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

  Bengaluru, KA, IND

  Basic Qualifications

  12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  6+ years of team management experience

  Bachelor's degree

  Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  Experience with end to end product delivery

  Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
