JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for overseeing the strategy, planning, execution, management, and ongoing optimization of growth marketing initiatives in the practice services category. This person will oversee and guide the work of a team of growth marketing professionals who are focused on the following businesses: Dental Practice Transitions, Tier 3, eAssist, Unitas, Dental Recruitment Services, HealthFirst, Henry Schein Practice Assessments, Henry Schein Financial Services value-added services, and other businesses as needed. This person will partner closely and continually with a variety of teams including customer acquisition, content, analytics, sales, business partners, agencies, contractors and more to ensure efficient processes and supports are in place for the practice services growth team to effectively develop, launch and track high-impact campaigns that drive incremental revenue. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, team-oriented, and will possess a strong creative drive. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for owning, maintaining, and establishing the vision for the successful architecture, process, communication, reporting, development, and performance of high-impact campaigns and full marketing funnels that drive incremental revenue. Collaborate with growth team members, key stakeholders within the commercial development group, and marketing planning & analysis to identify and prioritize campaign targets, forecasts, and budgets. Lead a team of growth marketing professionals by creating an inclusive and inspiring team environment with a culture that incorporates open communication, taking risks and a test-and-learn mindset. Establish clear team and individual goals and support direct reports performance through weekly 1:1 meetings and team check-ins as well as quarterly and annual performance assessments. Partner closely with the team to develop and iterate on ads, optimize media, and drive micro and macro conversions in a variety of channels and calls-to-action, including engagements, opens, clicks, ecommerce transactions and form fills. Partner closely with the content team to drive the development of content in a variety of formats (webinars, ebooks, videos, etc.) to support the full marketing funnel, with a heavy emphasis on lead magnets that provide real educational value while generating leads and revenue. Provide oversight of campaign elements, including products and services featured, creative, messaging, calls to action, content, customer insights, business partner engagement, etc. Collaborate with the customer acquisition team leaders to optimize campaign components for each channel including but not limited to digital, email, social, print, display, organic SEO, PPC, events, direct mail, etc. Ensure the team delivers timely, relevant, and straightforward reporting on campaigns and proactively provide recommendations for adjustments to improve performance of in-flight campaigns as well as future campaigns. Develop and augment best in class processes around lead generation and qualification to ensure widespread adoption for lead management in the practice services category. Partner with the Lead Generation Center of Excellence to track leads from inception to close, including revenue tracking. Leads and participates in special projects and performs other duties as required. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Deep knowledge of digital marketing including social display, SEO, SEM, video advertising, retargeting and copy writing. Expertise in management of the creative process including briefing, idea evaluation across mediums, creative commenting, and production. Expert-level understanding of best-in-class lead generation and qualification processes. Expert-level understanding of lead management and sales pipeline processes. Deep knowledge of marketing automation software, CRM, lead scoring and funnel management Ability to digest and give feedback on business requirements for new IT systems. A alytical skills including Salesforce reporting, Google Analytics reporting, and the use of data to tell a story. Working knowledge of attribution frameworks including First Touch Attribution, Full Impact Attribution, and the ways to apply them within a business context. Strong experience in developing individual team members by providing individuals with ongoing coaching, training, and leadership development. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required. The posted range for this position is $108,720 to $190,260 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a [bonus/incentive] not reflected in the posted range.
