Job Description

　　Insight Global is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a large mortgage technology client to support a greenfield project. This DevOps Engineer should possess extensive experience within GCP, Azure, AWS, and DevOps principles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure design and implementation. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure as code using Terraform for cloud platforms like Azure and GCP. As well as creating and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps for seamless application deployment. The role involves implementing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration and scaling. While also utilizing Docker for containerization and efficient deployment of applications. They will manage orchestrated workloads and container registries, as well as build and configure Docker images. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and monitoring services in Azure and GCP Cloud environments. Additionally, this engineer will be expected to collaborate with development teams to enhance continuous integration and continuous deployment processes and ensure to conduct thorough troubleshooting and performance optimization of the infrastructure and applications. This resource will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security through proactive monitoring and automated processes and should expect to provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members. The candidate should also possess strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　6+ years of enterprise experience as a DevOps Engineer

　　 6+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Azure Resource Manager templates.

　　 In-depth experience within cloud infrastructure, specifically within GCP, AWS, and Azure environments.

　　 Strong experience with Dynatrace for monitoring and observability

　　 Experience with Docker containerization, Helm charts, K8S control planes, and observability tools like Rancher and Rafay. (Implementing and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.)

　　 Deep understanding of DevOps paradigms and best practices such as SDLC methodologies in Azure DevOps, CICD in Azure DevOps (pipelines as code, YAML), feature flag management tools like LaunchDarkly, and GitOps tools like ArgoCD.

　　 Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and industry-standard branching strategies.

　　 Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.

　　 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to effectively handle complex issues.

　　 Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to articulate technical details clearly and concisely. Cloud Agnostic Experience with GCP, Azure, and AWS

　　 IaC/GCP/Kubernetes Certification

　　 Mortgage Technology background.

　　 Knowledge of Ansible or other configuration management tools.

　　 Understanding of advanced networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments. null
