　　What you get to do in this role:Build scalable and streamlined data models using PL/SQL queries on SnowflakeImprove Performance, efficiency, and accuracy of usage data & quality solutions and assetsIdentify opportunities for improvements and drive process and reporting enhancements, develop new tools, and collaborate across other Analytics teams to help scale the process with ServiceNow's growthAdhere to all documented architecture, design & deployment standards & processes to ensure compliance with policiesPartner with the Global team to help implement solutions for end-user adoptionDevelop functional subject matter expertise within various areas of enterprise business processesResponsible for troubleshooting data issues and conducting root cause analysis when reporting data in question.Keep pace with the latest technology advances in Snowflake and BI toolsQualifications

　　To be successful in this role you have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar7+ years of experience in database architecture, data warehousing, data modelling, consulting, business intelligence or analytics space with experience in PL/SQL, Snowflake and an additional object-oriented programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)3+ years of hands-on experience in Snowflake development activities like reporting, creating views, SQL queries, stored procs/table functionsExperience working on SnowSQL, Snowpipe, Data Replication, Data-sharing & Data-ingestion into SnowflakeExperience with Data Architecture, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Security & Performance OptimizationExperience in working with cross-functional teams across different geosExcellent communication skills, ability to work individually and in a broader geographically disperse teamExhibits prior and current technical expertise in analytics technologies and the ability to learn new technologySnowflake core advance certification is a plusExperience developing dashboards in Tableau/Power BI is a plusGenAI knowledge is a big plusJV20
