　　Job Summary

　　Located in Chicago, IL - this position is responsible for functioning as an enterprise consultant, working within HCSC to lead engagements to resolve business issues and implement solutions. They play a critical role on enterprise level engagements responsible for leading a matrixed team responsible for delivery of the engagement objectives and serve as a project based senior consultant. This position is also responsible for ensuring that deliverables are within scope of engagements, and that they are working within the allocated resources and timelines. This position defines and drives strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across the company. The incumbent will work on a range of critical projects and issues in support of the advancement of HCSC's strategic priorities, tackling operational challenges and fostering innovation.

　　Required Job Qualifications:

　　Bachelors Degree and 5 years of experience in one of the following OR Masters Degree and 3 years of experience in one of the following:

　　Combination of corporate/business experience with at least 18 months management consulting firm experience or substantially equivalent role delivering high profile projects within a highly-matrixed organization;Experience delivering process improvement projects at a consulting firm or in a process improvement group within a large organization;Experience in a role within HCSC that resulted in development of significant subject matter expertise in a core business area.Experience developing and presenting ideas/recommendations to executive level management.Strong analytical, organizational, outcome oriented, and project management skills.Experience communicating effectively including facilitation of group discussions.Experience influencing others to achieve objectives within complex and ambiguous situations.Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

　　Preferred Job Qualifications:

　　 MBA

　　 Management Consulting or Strategy Consulting experience in large firm or enterprise.

　　 Healthcare and/or Health Insurance experience.

　　We offer a flexible schedule of 3 days in the Chicago office and 2 days work from home.
