TheCorporate Strategyteam is a 15 person team that reports into the CEO andworks directly with the senior leaders of DaVita. We use a hypothesis basedapproach in problem solving to generate insights, propose strategies andprovide objective support to improve decision making. We are highly motivatedand work in a collaborative manner.
*Hybrid/Remote, must be in the Denver office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Types of projects can include:
Growth strategies for Kidney Care, including the development of value- basedpayment models and alternatives to traditional fee-for-service dialysisEvaluation of opportunities beyond Kidney Care and corporate M&A opportunitiesPartner strategies to improve ongoing operations and initiativesDeveloping and launching new initiatives (internal start-ups)
About You:
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility as a"peer" across all levelsAnalytical skill set and intellectual curiosity when approaching problemsolvingAbility to structure ambiguous problems, think creatively, generate andtest hypothesesStrong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to conveyresearch and analyses to senior management
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required*2+ yrs work experience, preferably in a strategy or project managementrole in an analytical environmentStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skillsHighly collaborative with the ability to impact changeAn interest in healthcare and a desire to grow within the Village

Salary/ Wage Range$82,800.00-$121,600.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including acandidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and mayfall outside of the range shown.
