As a Community Success Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our Community Success Leads who represent Walmart Health in your community and grow our membership through meaningful relationships with community leaders and seniors. We're looking for talented, enthusiastic, and passionate leaders who care deeply about the health of their communities and want to be part of a rapidly growing organization. 　　You'll make an impact as you:

　　Lead and develop quota carrying Community Success Leads.

　　O versee member growth at several locations and ensure that their Community Success Leads at each location are operating smoothly and effectively.

　　Recruit, train, and retain Community Success Leads for designated Walmart Health locations.

　　Coach Community Success Leads on effective sales tactics, pipeline development, and the achievement of business objectives .

　　Oversee forecasting, day-to-day community engagement operations, and sales for designated Walmart Health locations to achieve customer growth performance.

　　Build and foster strong relationships with community leaders, agents, brokers, and local organizations to promote Walmart Health and create sales opportunities.

　　Ensure C ommunity Success Leads follow up with new customers and p ersonally follow up with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and positive experiences.

　　Track weekly activities and results and accurately forecast expected sales performance for designated Walmart Health locations.
