The Senior Accountant handles a wide range of tasks, including financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. 　　Responsibilities

　　Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

　　Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors

　　Work with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls and provide support on special requests

　　Review financial information such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc. and present analysis in a clear manner

　　Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations

　　Delegate resources to Ad-hoc projects as necessary

　　Commitment to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

　　Engage in various department-wide initiatives

　　Allocate and prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for management Requirements - Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges

　　3-5 years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience

　　Analysis experience

　　ADP - Payroll experience

　　Foundational knowledge in account reconciliation

　　Well-founded grasp of journal entries

　　Proven knowledge of general ledger

　　Comprehensive knowledge of bank reconciliations

　　Financial Statement experience required

　　Ability to meet deadlines

　　BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred

　　Accounting experience in publicly-traded company a plus

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills

　　Familiarity with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

　　Able to manage time well

　　Efficient in ERP systems

　　The ideal candidate will be highly-skilled with exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
