　　The Software Project Manager is responsible for overseeing internal Salesforce projects. The Project Manager will use industry and iT1 best practices to achieve all goals set for each individual project they manage. This will be accomplished through clear communication with all project stakeholders, efficient resource allocation, scope, budget, and timeline planning.

　　Essential Functions

　　Drive project discovery sessions to create clear minimum viable product (MVP) requirements.

　　Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

　　Develop detailed project plans and timelines.

　　Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of projects

　　Manage project priorities and create project forecasts.

　　Manage backlogs in Jira and act as a scrum-master for projects run on an Agile methodology.

　　Manage releases and cutover plans.

　　Ensure compliance with customer change controls and SDLC components.

　　Monitor project progress and performance, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

　　Produce, update, and present project management artifacts: RACIs, Gantt charts, issues list, and risk management matrices.

　　Performs other duties, as necessary.

　　Requirements

　　Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required

　　5+ years of Project Management experience with a focus on delivering Salesforce solutions

　　3+ years of complex CRM software projects (Salesforce preferred)

　　Experience in Agile approaches to project management utilizing Jira

　　Must be enthusiastic and have a passion for managing and completing projects

　　Demonstrated experience managing resources and projects in a cross-functional environment

　　Experience working with executive leadership

　　Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal

　　Ability to communicate project scope, status, and any issues with all stakeholders

　　Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards

　　Excellent leadership, organization, and multitasking skills

　　Strong technical writing skills

　　Physical demands may include

　　Sit at a computer for 8 hours per day

　　Keyboarding for 8 hours per day

　　Near Vision (working with small objects or reading small print)

　　Speaking (communicating information to clients/coworkers)
