　　Responsibilities Lead with vision and strategy as a key player in the management team Seize new business opportunities and propel our company forward Be the go-to person for all EPAM delivery-related matters Masterfully manage personnel, conflict resolution, staffing, and employee rotations Collaborate with fellow leaders to champion program success Support Scrum Masters and Tech Leads, ensuring seamless continuity during their absence Expertly manage and monitor delivery schedules and milestones Encourage open communication and teamwork among a diverse group of professionals Architect and maintain robust governance structures for large-scale, multi-stream projects Empower teams to make informed decisions with your guidance and support Tackle potential issues head-on before they escalate Champion transparency and maintain a crystal-clear project roadmap Oversee roadblock resolution and facilitate complex technical decisions Requirements
