　　POSITION SUMMARY\The Slot Tech is responsible to monitor the performance of electronicgaming devices, activity, and conditions of casino gaming areas ensuringall slot machines are operable and in good repair. Ensure compliancewith approved procedures for the slot areas in a professional manner.The Slot Tech is a first level ambassador for guests enjoying theirgaming experience at a gaming device. Protects company assets byadhering to company policies and all state and regulatory compliance toinclude Internal Controls Policies and Procedures and the ResponsibleGaming Plan. The Slot Tech is responsible for providing HometownHospitality and delivering Fun.

　　GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES\The following statements are intended as general illustrations of thework in this class and are not all- inclusive:

　　1. Responsible for guest service with energy and professionalism,providing Hometown Hospitality and delivering Fun.

　　2. Maintains the electronic components, systems, and peripherals ofgaming machines.

　　3. Repairs and modifies components, electric systems and peripherals ofthe gaming machines and kiosks.

　　4. Configures slot and video machines to meet manufacturers andregulatory agency specifications.

　　5. Removes, moves, installs and/or upgrades slot machines.

　　6. Maintains an inventory of parts for the slot machines.

　　7. Monitors and tracks the slot machine malfunctions, the cause, therepair, and the parts involved.

　　8. Tracks and records all test money usage and testing results.

　　9. Notifies shift supervisor of irregularities in customers play.

　　10. Maintains a clean and safe environment.

　　11. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstratessuperior customer service in accordance with department and companystandards and programs.

　　12. Effectively handles customer concerns and requests.

　　13. Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information atall times.

　　14. Acts in the capacity of other positions on an as needed basis.

　　15. Performs all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.

　　16. Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/orcompany management.

　　COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES\In addition to the other duties described herein, each and every TeamMember has the following responsibilities related to compliance withlaws and regulations:

　　Attend required training sessions offered by the casino.\Obtain required license(s).\Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws andregulations.\Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble orloiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchasetobacco.\Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, andprocedures relating to the Team Members department.\Have knowledge of the Propertys programs to address problem gambling.\Consult with the appropriate individuals and maintain an effectivesystem of written policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensurecompliance with the state regulations and Systems of Internal Controls.\Take the appropriate steps to investigate exceptions, fraud, andpotential violations and report such instances to the appropriate levelsof management.\Reports any acts of wrongdoing on behalf of any Team Member that theyhave knowledge of.
