VIP Host

　　Pay Rate:

　　The pay rate for this job is $17 / hour

　　What you'll be doing as a VIP Host :

　　Greet guests at the VIP entrance, scan their tickets and hand them their VIP lanyards;

　　Make sure that all customer needs are met in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner;

　　Responds to customer's needs, requests, complaints, and other unusual situations;

　　Provides personalized service and uses the customer's name;

　　Observes customers to ensure satisfaction;

　　Maintains strict cleanliness of the VIP area;

　　Serves patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner;

　　Provides information to help with food and beverage selections;

　　Prepares VIP for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils;

　　Serve beverages to customers

　　Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, food handling and alcohol beverage control policies

　　Available shifts:

　　Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening) and Weekends

　　Job requirements:

　　Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note:

　　Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos);

　　Be physically able to stand up for long hours;

　　Understand customer service and hospitality;

　　Work well with others;

　　Pay attention to the details;

　　Working fast and efficiently under pressure;

　　Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings);

　　Know when to get the help of a supervisor;

　　Possess the ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain the information;

　　Availability for the whole city duration;

　　Speak English – other languages are an asset
