Does leading resource coordination and priority setting across teams, countries and cultures sound exciting? Third-party sellers represent significant value to Amazon’s online retail customers and Selling Partner Support (SP-Support) drives success for these sellers through a combination of people, processes and services. You will collaborate directly with stakeholders across Product, Engineering and Science teams to build systems that harness the power of NLP including Large Language Models (LLM), to extract insights, generate content and create transformative experiences for our Selling Partners and Associates. You will ensure the teams are delivering the highest quality products and services predictably while meeting the technical needs of our community.

The role will require constant balance between long term product vision along with addressing immediate needs, driving an incremental approach that is metrics and data driven. You will need to articulate technology choices and decisions to a diverse group and be able to influence them. It will require communicating effectively with leaders across Director and VP level on a regular basis while ensuring that the teams are aligned and stakeholders are aware of key performance indicators.
