Job Overview:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is part of the Global Recruitment Center, a shared services team based in Makati that provides recruitment and administrative support to the company’s global Talent Acquisition group. This position is responsible for facilitating recruitment activities and sourcing quality candidates in line with the company's core values. This role will also serve as subject matter expert (SME) for recruitment/sourcing activities to their assigned region/area.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Reporting to Talent Acquisition Manager. Responsible for hiring recommendations, and performance evaluation and monitoring of direct reports. Ensure successful operations of the shift they are assigned to supervise
Train and guide team members on industry best practices
Research, source (using referrals, data mining, and internet resources; applications to posted requisitions), evaluate resumes, conduct screening interviews to qualify candidates, present candidates to regional Talent Acquisition/Hiring Managers, and collect interview feedback
Consolidate candidate profiles from supporting team members’ sourcing activities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and projected hiring needs
Proactively establish and maintain beneficial business relationships through networking with industry contacts, association members, trade groups, employment groups, and/or social media
Partner with local Talent Acquisition to understand lines of business and hiring needs
Prepare weekly/monthly reports related to recruitment/sourcing activities
Attend meetings with Talent Acquisition leads and/or Hiring Departments regularly
Arrange, organize, and attend local walk-in recruitment events
Utilize recruitment tools such as McDermott website/database and other external sites/job boards for sourcing candidates
Participate and provide input to local and global projects
Identify areas of potential optimization and share them with management
Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain a unified approach to talent sourcing and recruitment

Essential Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor’s/College Degree or equivalent related job experience
5 to 8 years of recruitment experience, with a good understanding of direct sourcing methodologies, knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process, and with competency-based interviewing skills
At least 2 years of experience in a lead/supervisory role
Applicant Tracking System background
Above average MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Good interpersonal, communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Has the ability to strive in a fast-paced environment
Able to work well with a team
Must be willing to work on rotating shifting work schedule
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
