　　WHAT YOU’LL DO

　　Key Responsibilities: Designing, developing, and deploying systems for calibrating and validating touch sensor performance on a renowned tablet product line

　　Lifecycle Management: Responsible for the entire lifecycle of the test system, from prototyping to mass production deployment

　　Collaboration: Working closely with the Camera and Display group to define calibration and test procedures, and designing precise instrumentation & systems for factory efficiency

　　Specific Responsibilities

　　System Development: Developing state-of-the-art measurement systems and introducing cutting-edge technology globally

　　Cross-Discipline Collaboration: Working with diverse teams across Systems Hardware, Product Design, Reliability, Software, and Operations

　　Software Design & Development: Designing, optimizing, and debugging software (C/C++/Objective-C) for embedded systems

　　Instrumentation Specification: Selecting instruments, components, and tools for new product introduction (NPI) environments

　　Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborating with various teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage

　　Data Analysis and Reporting: Conducting simulations or experiments, analyzing data, and presenting findings to senior management

　　Deployment and Debugging: Implementing calibration and performance verification stations and debugging at both system and component levels

　　Algorithm Optimization: Redefining and optimizing algorithms for performance and execution time

　　Manufacturing Balance: Balancing engineering requirements with manufacturing efficiency to ensure product quality

　　WHAT YOU HAVE

　　Required Experience

　　Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields

　　Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming (C/C++/Lua), experience with source control systems (Git/SVN), product design in electronic systems, and data processing (MATLAB)

　　Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

　　Preferred Experience

　　Advanced Education: Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Imaging, Physics, or related fields

　　Professional Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the Image sensing Industry

　　Specialized Skills: Experience with Matlab, image processing algorithms, data analysis tools (Matlab/Perl/Ruby/Python), and Xcode

　　Industry Experience: Prior involvement in high-volume consumer electronics calibration, testing, and manufacturing

　　Additional Knowledge: Understanding of embedded systems, hardware automation, and motion control
