　　Responsibilities As our Senior Project Administrator, you will: Manage complex projects involving various external and internal stakeholders, ensuring on-time completion within budget Collaborate with the Program Lead on the execution of existing projects and the introduction of new initiatives to the program Create, maintain, and update project schedules effectively, as well as project documentation and reporting Collect feedback and program data, analyze, prepare, and present insights and results to the Program Lead Requirements 2+ years of program or project management experience with excellent coordination and the ability to oversee multiple work streams Comfort in interacting and communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including program managers and community members Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets, with the ability to use various functions to effectively process and manage information and data English Level Writing/Speaking C1 Nice to have Experience of being a member/lead of a community (developers community, student organization, non-governmental organization, charity organizations) Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment Experience working in an environment that solely used Google Workspace products (Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail) Knowledge of HTML and Google Apps Script would be beneficial Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to advance your career and make a significant impact in the tech industry.
