Job Description
NetSuite Product Managers are part of a world-wide team pursuing innovative ways of delivering user-centered solutions that provide real value to our customer base. We balance competing product demands to make investment decisions between new features, product enhancements, and sustainability initiatives. We are highly motivated professionals responsible for managing the product lifecycle of cloud business applications and infrastructure created for small to medium-sized businesses.
As a Product Manager in the Customer Journey area, you will be part of a Product team focused on customer onboarding, account management, and user assistance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Outstanding communication skills, both written and orally
General leadership experience and skills
Familiar with Agile and tools such as Jira
Comfortable resolving conflicts
Good at creative problem solving
Skilled at managing multiple projects and competing priorities
Embraces being collaborative and is able to work with teams throughout NetSuite
Comfortable working across time zones and with teams in other parts of the world
Multiple years experience developing product visions, roadmaps, and comprehensive rollout plans
Multiple years experience working with UI designers, researchers, and others to create new UIs and workflows
Multiple years experience working with Agile development teams
Responsibilities
Develop, validate, and communicate the vision and roadmap for your areas of responsibility
Transform the vision and roadmap into actionable solutions that get us closer to our identified objectives
Provide focus and direction to a multi-disciplinary team performing research and solution discovery
Partner with development teams to plan, execute, and deliver the roadmap
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to resolve dependencies and improve business processes
Create and articulate an understanding of our target market’s wants and needs to help teams empathize
Monitor and report progress against NetSuite, area, and personal objectives
Participate in cross-organizational planning and Tiger teams
Own and drive progress on new objectives as needed
